“We closed a $120k USD client from ChatGPT. The best part was the lead said that they already trust us because ChatGPT deep research recommended us. I’ve only ever heard this when a lead comes from a human referral before this!”

Questions?

Everything you need to know about AI search visibility and getting started.

What is LLM analytics/AI visibility analytics/AI answer engine analytics?

LLM analytics, AI visibility analytics, and AI answer engine analytics are all the same. In the context of marketing, it is the practice of measuring how large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity display your brand in answers. It covers visibility, citations, recommendations, and accuracy of your information for your brand. It helps teams understand if and how they appear in AI search results.

How do you measure LLM visibility?

Because of our B2B focus, we only track prompts that recommend companies. We measure how often your brand gets recommended in these prompts. The platform also uncovers the criteria LLMs use to make recommendations, so we also measure which criteria do you seem weak/strong for and why.

How to track performance across large language models?

Performance can be largely segmented into two: leading indicators and lagging indicators. Leading indicators could be competitor visibility and ranking performance across search queries, persona-based competitor choices, engagement patterns, etc. Lagging indicators measure actual outcomes like traffic from AI search, conversions, top regions, top pages, etc.

Which LLM is best for my business?

When you start setting up Chosenly, we recommend which LLMs you need to prioritize based on which LLMs you're already seeing the most traffic come in from. For most of our clients, the top LLM to focus on is ChatGPT, with some excception,s like for a DevTech compan,y Claude was more impotrant.

How does LLM tracking work?

We monitor which LLMs send traffic to your site by analyzing patterns in referral data and AI tool behavior. Our system tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other major models, showing you exactly which ones matter for your business and how they're performing over time.

Can I see competitor positioning?

Yes. We show you how often competitors appear in AI answers and what criteria LLMs use to recommend them. This tells you where you're winning and where you need to strengthen your positioning to compete effectively.

What integrations are available?

Chosenly connects with GA4, Google Search Console, and your CRM. These integrations let you see the full picture from AI visibility through to pipeline impact without switching between tools.

Who should use this dashboard?

Content teams, product marketers, PR professionals, and executives all benefit from different views of the same data. Each role gets the insights they need without waiting for reports or gatekeeping.

How do recommendations work?

After analyzing your analytics, Chosenly prioritizes specific tasks and divides them across your teams. You get clear next steps with context, not just data. Some recommendations can even be automated.
